Office Manager

Summary of Position:

The Admin/Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day office operations, travel logistics and security. Integrity, strong attention to details and highly efficient communication skills are required.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions
  • Manage travel logistics and security (airport pick-up and drop, travel reservations, security of staff and office)
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement. Manage contractor staff and monitor performance
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers 
  • Implement procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records
  • Ensure the office environment meets health and safety regulation standards
  • Collect and track invoices, purchase orders and employee expense reports for processing by HQ
  • Any other ad-hoc duties that are required to be undertaken on a day to day basis

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Business degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an office management role
  • Organized with strong time management skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Russian & Uzbek. Some proficiency is required in English language
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Able to work well independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team
  • Able to multi task and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment amid rapidly changing priorities
