TEAM FACILITATOR / TEAM GUIDE


Summary:

The Team facilitator / Team Guide is responsible for administering logistics plans that adhere to company day-to-day activities. The individual will be responsible for all external meeting logistics as well as any other ad-hoc duties that are required. The team facilitator needs to have a comprehensive understanding of local traditions and methods of transportation and be organized with strong time management skills


Key Functions and Responsibilities:

·Administer logistics plans that adhere to company day to day activities

·Responsible for arranging all external meeting and site visit logistics. 

·Accompany Skypower team members and visitors for external meetings and site visits

·Engage as team liaison on all inter-departmental communication and correspondence

·Work closely with the HR Manager and local Corporate Liaison Officer to ensure company policies are adhered to

·Any other ad-hoc duties that are required to be undertaken on a day to day basis


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in travel, security and site-visit organization and implementation in Uzbekistan.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Russian & Uzbek. Some proficiency is required in English language.
  • Knowledgeable regarding government offices and organizational structures
  • Well-travelled across Uzbekistan and working knowledge of the country
  • Comprehensive understanding of local traditions and methods of transportation
  • Organized with strong time management skills
  • Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality 
  • Able to work with all levels of employees and management
