Summary of Position:

The Receptionist needs to be a highly professional and presentable individual that can greet external clients and visitors as well as coordinate meeting times and locations. The Receptionist needs to be proactive and posses strong problem solving skills as well as show high level of integrity and confidentiality. 


  • Greet external clients and visitors upon their arrival to the office
  • Answer telephone calls with standard greeting and transfer call to the appropriate person
  • Provide information to callers and visitors
  • Schedule meetings and appointments using Outlook calendar
  • Organize conference calls and manage meeting room bookings
  • Monitor, order and stock office equipment and supplies
  • Manage office catering and coffee services and maintain relationship with vendors
  • Keep reception and kitchen areas clean and tidy on a regular basis
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Manage courier services for all departments
  • Liaise between all departments and provide administrative support as required
  • Any other ad-hoc duties that are required to be undertaken on a day to day basis


  • 3+ years of administrative experience working in a corporate environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, in English, Uzbek and Russian
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to organize, multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive, with strong problem solving skills
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Can handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
